Every 5 seconds, Bluetooth connection disconnects causing helicopter to fall

Since the last app update, the tilt function control works backwards (if you tilt forward, helicopter goes back, tilt left and it rotates right). Cant find a setting to fix. Emails to company have gone unanswered. No longer supported? If not, pretty sad, as this companys helicopters are still for sale.

After the newest update the helicopter is uncontrollable. Customer support is non existent. Several e-mails and nothing. DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF CRAP!!! Now it sits, and I wait...and wait...and wait. Apple should pull this junk off of the App Store.

Simple interface, no fuzz. Like the recording of the flight path. Would love to have a helicopter with a camera .

Coolest stuff ever, amazing stable and fun!

I was surprised about how well this worked. Unpacked the helicopter and was flying within minutes.

Very simple, install app, enable bluetooth on your device, turn on heli and fly! Takes a fair amount of room and patience, not for a child! Im just practicing hovering right now but the controls are great.

The app downloaded however a pop up would appear and tell me to down load the app. Can not get to the controles.

Worked great for a while, easy to fly. After updating my iPhone 4 to iOS 5.0.1, I can not pair bluetooth to my helicopter. The iPhone goes through the correct sequence, shows connected for about 3 seconds then changes to not connected. Tried forgetting device but same results. Even reinstalled the app but same problem. Emailed support department from their web site but no answer. Hope they update the app someday, otherwise my $50 helo is just a cool looking paperweight.

The actual I super heli was intended as a "bring out the boy in a grown man" Christmas gift. And boy did it deliver! The quality of this wireless controller device is superb. I have had so much fun flying this baby inside and outside. I wouldnt hesitate for a second to recommend both the model helicopter and the outstanding controller app for both the iPhone and iPad.

This thing flies great..... And the bluetooth can be tricky. ..... I just want to remind iPad owner. If you cant get the super heli to show up on bluetooth after you had it once, Hold the on off button on the iPad until it shuts down.......this will reset the iPad and you can start flying again

It worked for a few days now it will connect for a few seconds and shut off. Are there any fixes?

This would be a great combination of toy and technology except for one thing. If you lose BT connectivity the helicopter stalls and falls out of the sky like a rock. Mine lasted 10 min before it was critically damaged. That was a waste of $80.

I thought it would be hard to fly since theres no tactility, just a screen but I was dead wrong. Easy to fly and over all great. Bluetooth... Ya, 85% of the time flawless

Worked fine for a couple of flights then began having serious connectivity problems. I thought it was the helicopter so I returned it to the store and got a brand new one. Same issues persist with the new one so it isnt the heli its the app or BT. Heli no longer flies for more than 5 seconds without losing BT connection and crashing to the ground. Someone needs to address this problem now as it appears Im not the only one with this problem.
